Initial: In this case the patient has an ectopic eruption (is a disturbance in which the tooth does not follow its usual course) of maxillary canines with severe resorption of maxillary central incisors. This case requires multidisciplinary care which includes removal of upper front teeth (centrals) and crowns on the newly erupted canines to give the appearance of centrals.

Treatment: Full treatment upper and lower damon braces. Extractions of upper central incisors and lower 1st premolars were done. Canines were exposed to fully recover them into the position where the centrals would be. Once orthodontic care was complete the patient had crowns placed on the newly erupted canines. The canines had substituted for central incisors and the 1st premolars substituted for the canines.
